<p>Chia is a herb, which grows naturally in South America. Regarded locally as an important food for centuries, its seed is believed to have been a staple of the Aztec diet. Sevenhills Chia is grown on small farms in Mexico. After a long growing season the seeds are harvested by machine. They are cleaned carefully.
