PME liquid glucose comes in a secure twist cap pot containing 325g (11 7/16oz) and is a clear, colourless gel with a slightly sweet taste. Glucose can be used to assist making sugarpaste, gum paste and when added to PME candy buttons it can even create modelling chocolate. It can also be used to soften icing, added to cake recipes where flour is used to create a softer crumb texture and used prevent royal icing from setting too firm.
