This mixed pack contains 4 x 200ml jars with one of each of our four authentic Spanish salsas. Includes: - The Catalan 'Ali Oli' - a garlic mayonnaise, made simply with purple garlic, olive oil and a little sherry vinegar. Two-star Gold medal winner Great Taste Awards 2012 - 'Salsa Brava' originates from Madrid and is a smooth, spicy tomato and pepper sauce made with smoked paprika and classically served with potatoes. Winner of a gold medal in the 2013 Great Taste Awards and the 2012 awards too! - The 'Mojo Picon' and 'Mojo Verde' are based on a mix of olive oil, sherry vinegar, vegetables and garlic. The 'Picon' uses piquillo peppers and red chillies whilst the 'Verde' is made with green peppers, green chillies, coriander and parsley. With no added preservatives or artificial flavourings, we can guarantee you that this is an authentic taste of the Spain!
