Kalamata olives are famous for their unique rich taste and texture. The quality of the olives, and the method of picking, curing and dressing are crucial. Our olives are hand-picked on a private estate. The olives are cured traditionally, in sea salt brine for several months. They are then placed in a luxury dressing of organic extra virgin olive oil and wild mountain oregano, together with a small amount of red wine vinegar. These are possibly the best Kalamata olives around.
