## Description

Our Italian handmade Sweet & Sour Mustard is typical of the Northern Italy, the sweet flavour of the fruits is mixed with the spicy mustard creating a taste that has its origin in the ancient rural tradition of the seventeenth century.

Tasting notes: it is prepared with sugar, mustard and fruit of the highest quality. The fruit is chopped in large pieces, to better preserve their features.

It is a great accompaniment to boiled meats and aged cheeses. It can also be enjoyed simply with mascarpone cheese spread on top of freshly baked bread.
