They is rich in fibre and antioxidants, but low in fat. They is also an excellent source of B-complex vitamins, vitamin D, minerals and proteins. It is a Greek natural product free of preservatives. 80gr dried mushrooms variety of forest, correspond to 8 rich servings. Preparation steps: 1. Lukewarm water for 15' mins 2. Drain water 3. Sauté 1' - 2' mins 4. It's ready for consumption: you can add sautéed mushrooms to soups, omelets, risottos and casserole dishes, enjoying its rich nutritional value through the its incomparably unique taste.
