A fruit-driven, slightly spicy pale Ros with summer fruits on the palate and a lovely clean, dry finish. Fruit forward, it is delightfully very gently off-dry.False Bay Ros is produced from Cinsaut (as the South African's spell it)and Mourvdre. They generally prefer Rhne varietals for making Ros, so the search was on to find vineyards which would accomplish their goal. Old Cinsaut vineyards in the Stellenbosch and Swartland area clinched the deal and a small portion of Mourvdre from Stellenbosch and Elgin region adds to further complexity.
