## Description

Organico-Org Carnaroli Risotto Rice (500g)The Carnaroli rice grain is known as the "king of risotti". Carnaroli has the highest content of amylase amongst different rice varieties which makes the grain more compact, giving a good absorbtion with little loss of starch. This means the rice absorbs the flavour of the ingredietns and liquids and maintains a good hard texture as it is cooked and stirrred.
