This complete cake decorating starter kit includes everything needed to create gorgeous, professional looking cakes. Package includes an Elite-55E compressor and PZ-270 airbrush set. Compressor delivers approximately 25 psi of air pressure (0.4 CFM), and is designed for intermittent use; requires a cool down period of 15 minutes after 30 minutes of continuous operation. Operates on 12 volts DC using the AC wall adapter provided. Airbrush is a premium, dual-action (trigger independently controls release of both air & fluid; pressing trigger releases air, pulling back releases material), internal-mix airbrush. Tight-tolerance head provides razor-sharp detail. Needle backstop allows you to pre-set the trigger travel; helping produce consistent line widths. Pre-installed 0.2mm nozzle for a spray pattern between hairline and 1". Gravity-feed 2cc color cup; won't obstruct your view during fine detail work. Includes 4 bottles of AmeriMist spray-on, premium airbrush food-coloring from Americolor. These highly concentrated colors provide superior coverage, even on hard-to-color, non-dairy whipped toppings and icings. Eliminates the need to over-apply, preventing water spots and icing break-down. Included colors are Holiday Red, Leaf Green, Lemon Yellow & Sky Blue. Each bottle contains 0.7 ounces. Non-toxic and made in the USA. Set of 5 cleaning brushes, barbed hose connector, paint pipette, nozzle wrench and instruction sheet complete the kit.
