These types of honey are denser than the ones made of nectar and contain more minerals, particularly potassium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, calcium, magnesium and iron. They are characterized by strong antibiotic and bactericidal properties. They give antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant effect, support a human immune system.
