Composition
Water, spices (including paprika, turmeric, and cumin), canola oil, salt, corn flour, tamarind, contains 2% or less of acetic acid, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, citric acid, black mustard seed.
Patak's Madras Curry Paste is a HOT concentrate with cumin and chili for use in sauces. A recipe for Beef Madras is included on the back of the jar. Once opened the product has a life of 6 months if stored in a cool dry place. This product may contain traces of nut.
