This special salt is thoughtfully drawn from the sparkling apple-jade reefs of Wakaya off of our picturesque white sand beachfronts. As part of our desalination process, we carefully separate the majority of freshwater with reverse osmosis and extensive filtration efforts, which results in the purest form of salt water. This pure salt water is then transferred to our proprietary, custom designed solar driers - which are completely sealed from all airborne particles, allowing us to maintain no carbon footprint with our efforts -that rest on our beachfronts. Resting one week in our clean environment and under the bright Fijian sunshine, we recover a pure white sea salt of premium gourmet quality. The process allows our Fijian sea salt to retain essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin-C and magnesium that help you stay hydrated, maintain blood sugar levels and create healthier, glowing skin.
