Whatever you call it, this is the only one available that contains a fantastic 15% of black summer truffle; the average for this type of sauce is usually only a paltry 3-5% which is then boosted with synthetic truffle aroma. In this sauce/salsa, the truffles are combined with chopped Italian brown mushrooms, natural truffle juice & fruity extra virgin olive oil for a pungent, earthy punch with deep lasting flavour and addictive umami more-ishness. This is a completely natural product with no synthetic preservatives or aroma used. It's flexible too; perfect just spooned into pasta, swirled into risotto, adding real depth to stocks and stews or simply spread on a frittata, charcuterie, smoked salmon, bruschetta, red meat and game.
