Imagine this sweet, yet earthy white truffle butter, loaded with a generous 15% of white truffle melting slowly on a resting steak and filling the kitchen with the aroma. White spring truffle (Bianchetto 12%) and Alba truffle, (3%) are blended with Italian butter and Italian cheese to make for a truly indulgent pasta or risotto dish, superior scrambled eggs or as a luxury finish to a fish or meat dish - customers have told us they have even used it in their mashed potatoes. Most truffle butters contain an average of 5% of truffle content which is then boosted with synthetic aroma, not ours - its 100% natural so you taste the truffle flavour as it should be. We really recommend to use this amazing and rich truffle butter with mushroom or cheese ravioli.
