Sicilian Pistachio Pesto This versatile, nutty pesto is a completely natural product boasting a generous 80% of Sicilian pistachio nuts, sunflower oil and salt and pepper - that's it, no preservatives, colourings or filler. This can be paired simply with pasta, as a companion to meat or fish, as a luxury sandwich filling or spread on a pizza and used in baking. Not as sharp a taste as regular pesto, its sweeter, more subtle flavour and creamier character can be made more savoury by the addition of pancetta or lightly sweetened with a touch of honey. Can also be blended to create new flavours by mixing with a creamy ricotta salata or swirled into spicy chilli sauce. The best way to use this pesto is to pair it with something that is completely the opposite. Bonny Vita recommend to mix this Pesto with chilli sauces (especially fruity chilli sauces), strong cheese (such as Pecorino) or salty or strong meat (such as pancetta) or fish (great onto a tuna steak or with prawns) This pesto is perfect for vegans. Ingredients: 80% of Sicilian pistachio from Bronte, sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Sweet Sicilian Pistachio Cream Those that have indulged in this vibrant green pistachio spread containing a rich 30% of Sicilian pistachio, simply can't get enough. It has been described as 'Nutella for adults' 'utterly addictive' and even 'dangerously good'. Have it for breakfast on a piece of toast or use it as a baking ingredient (we recommend to use it to create a pistachio cheesecake, cannoli or chocolate and pistachio brownies) add to ice cream & crepes, use it to make a sorbetto or simply snap a quality dark chocolate into shards for dipping straight into it. Whichever way you have it, you'll find one jar won't last as long as you wanted it to. Ingredients: 30% of Sicilian Pistachio, Soy Lecithin, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whey (from Milk), Sugar, Vegetable oils/fats
