DaVinci Rigatoni uses 100 percent durum wheat semolina that helps keep the chewy and nutty texture of pasta even if overcooked. The Rigatoni is tube shaped with ridges on the outer surface which holds cheese and sauces and is particularly suited for baking recipes.
