The coconut tree is so versatile that when tapped it produces a highly nutrient-rich sap that exudes from the coconut blossoms. This Nutrient-rich sap is very low glycemic and is a plentiful source of 17 amino acids minerals vitamin C broad-spectrum B vitamins and practically has a nearly neutral pH.
