Bay leaves are also sometimes called laurel leaves. Widely prized for their aromatic flavor.
Spain bay leaves, from the Mediterranean area, are of better quality than the domestic counterparts. Only one or two leaves are needed to enhance a whole roast, pot of soup or stew.
0,5 oz of bay leaves buys you a lot of leaves. Great value package.
