Chill a martini glass, pour Amoretti Kiwi Martini Cocktail Mix into a shaker, add two shots of your favorite London Dry Gin and shake vigorously. Rim the chilled martini glass in a dish of superfine sugar, strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, and garnish it with a slice of kiwi. If you want to treat your guests to a flavorfully different tropical martini, combine the Amoretti Kiwi Martini Cocktail Mix with ice and one or two shots of a tropical fruit flavored vodka, such as mango, pineapple or passion fruit, in a shaker, and shake vigorously. Rim the chilled martini glass in a dish of vanilla sugar, strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, and garnish it with a slice of mango, pineapple or passion fruit to match the flavor of the vodka.
