The taste is rich and fruity with tones of black tea, natural sweetness and smoothness.<br /> Wild Tea Negroni<br /> :25ml ABSOLUT WILD TEA<br /> 25ml Aperol<br /> 25ml Sweet Vermouth<br /> <br /> Stir all ingredients.<br /> Strain over cubed ice into a rocks glass.<br /> <br /> Garnish: Orange Twist<br /> <br /> Wild Smokey Tea<br /> 50ml ABSOLUT WILD TEA<br /> 20ml apricot brandy<br /> 20ml lemon juice<br /> 15ml egg white<br /> 2.5ml gomme<br /> (Ardbeg 10yr old rinse in Coupette)<br /> <br /> Pour all ingredients into a boston glass. <br /> Dry shake. <br /> Add ice & shake. <br /> Strain into a chilled coupette glass that has been rinsed with a peaty single malt whisky.<br /> <br /> Garnish: Orange Twist
