This wonderful marinade is the prime ingredient used for making famous "Huli Huli Chicken" that Hawaiians so love. It also makes a wonderful marinade and/or gravy for beef, pork, fish, just about any meat. One bottle is enough to marinate 6 pounds of meat so with one order of three bottles you can marinate 18 pounds of any type of meat. Also use as a seasoning in stir fry or other dishes.
