Here in our roastery at the heart of the Cotswolds we batch roast our fresh coffee daily and extensively cup for quality assurance. We like to support the farmers that we work with and pay sustainable prices for our beans meaning our coffee is sourced with an ethical approach. Raves take on the 'Continental Blend'. We Roast this blend just a hint darker than our usual style and added a splash of high quality Robusta. The result is a coffee that punches through milk and delivers a welcomed kick of caffeine! As Cappuccino this coffee punches through milk - Dark chocolate and cocoa. Rich, full bodied and satisfying.
