<p><strong>Alcotec 23% Extreme Alcohol Turbo Yeast</strong><p>Makes 25 Litres of 23% alcohol!<p><strong>High Alcohol Turbo Super Yeast</strong> - using new fermentation technology the Alcotec 23% is the first yeast to break the 21% level of fermented alcohol.<p>It is now possible to make 23% alcohol by fermentation!<p>This is not just a yeast pack; it's a high alcohol system. Weighing in at 400g, it includes Active Yeast, Nutrient & Activated Carbon.<p>The recipe is no longer only a nitrogen source plus vitamins and minerals; Alcotec has included activated carbon as well. Used both for filtration during the late stages of fermentation and for its ability to keep the yeast "floating" longer (so it can produce higher levels of alcohol).<p>With the activated carbon there during fermentation, it will of course become an issue how to get rid of it again so the Alcotec 23% Turbo Yeast also contains its own fining agent.<p><strong>See our Shop for the full range of Alcotec products.</strong></p>
