Our black winter truffles are gathered in the himalayan lowlands in beautiful wooded areas that are clean and wild. No industries for miles to cause any pollution and small populations with little or no commercial or car traffic. Our crews go out and gather the truffles, pack them in refrigerated trucks and are driven back to one of our several processing facilities in the area. For our line of canned truffles we have sliced and whole with a 8oz net drained weight and 15oz with the juice. But don’t toss the juice. This is black winter truffle juice that the Europeans sell separately and when you buy our canned it is free.
