Mushroom house aaa grade dried porcini is the "king of the wild mushrooms" super premium long full slices, light tan cream in color. Strong, pleasant woodsy flavor and aroma. Great in soups, stews and sauces. Makes an excellent pasta with cream sauce or risotto. Rehydrate in warm water for 30 min. Remove, rinse and squeeze dry. Cut to desired size.
