Oak Smoked Kippers produced using the traditional smoking methods in a 130 year old family run Smokehouse in Lowestoft. We do not use kilns. Each kipper is 200g + in weight. Kippers come vac packed in pairs. Last day for delivery is Thursday as we use a next day courier service.
