Our Siberian Raw Buckwheat honey is new to the UK, collected from a remote unpolluted area of the beautiful Altai region. Delicious brown coloured, it has an intense almost caramel like sweetness, a very strong flavour which takes some regular honey users by surprise. It has strong antiseptic and healing properties. The honey has been tested and scrutinised by UK and German Laboratories to ensure there are no man made contaminants present.
