The Luxardo family have created fine Italian liqueurs since 1821. The essential oils of star anise are extracted by steam distilling and macerated in alcohol, then combined with Chilli and Spices flavour to give this Luxardo Sambuca a hot and distinctive flavour. This Sambuca can be enjoyed on its own or complimented with Luxardo Sour apple liqueur. Try as a long drink by adding soda water and ice.
