This procedure brings out the aromatic fruity features of the original vine Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation at 18°C controlled temperature Yields: Max 18,000 Kg/ha Ageing: 3-month Charmat ageing followed by 3 months in the bottle Alcohol level: 11% Color: Straw yellow Bouquet: Typical fruity bouquet with hints of Golden Delicious apples Flavour: Harmonious, sapid and aromatic fragrance Serving suggestions: Serve this wine in a flûte glass at a temperature of between 6-8°C to bring out its perfumes and flavours. Make sure the bottle doesn't suffer excessive temperature changes. It is best not to store this product in a fridge for lengthy periods Food matches: It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones
