Kevala's naturally liquid honey is harvested on-site to respect and protect the bees, then transported for filtering and packaging. No heat is ever applied, nor any additional process is done to the honey. BPA-free plastic pail. Due to the extreme cold wether in USA the last winter, the Organic Raw honey may crystalize when in storage. The honey just needs to be warmed to a mild 50F to return to it's naturally liquid state.
