Kevala Organic Garbanzo Beans are grown in USA, they have a slightly nutty taste and are valued for their natural high fiber content and quality protein. Dried beans need to be soaked overnight before cooking. After the beans have soaked, drain and rinse. Add 4 cups of water for every 1 cup of Garbanzo Beans. Cover the pot and bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 hours.
