Aceitunas Gazpacha is a traditional preparation for table olives. Here the olives have been split and pickled with gherkins, carrots, garlic, chilli, peppers & paprika. Founded in 1923, Industria Aceitunera Marciense is a family business dedicated to manufacturing, packing and exporting olives. They are located in Marchena (Seville), in the south of Andalusia, at the heart of the cultivation of the finest Spanish olives.
