This vinegar is developed with wines from the Sherry District using the 'Solera Systeme' - a traditional ageing processes in oak barrels - which produces its unique flavours. This is a sharp but refreshing vinegar, with hints of oak and the base note of old sherries. Only a few drops are necessaryto enhance the flavour of all kinds of sauces and it is a must for salad dressings. This Vinagre de Jerez holds Denominación de Origen Protegida.
