Antique Pedro Ximenez from Fernando de Castilla is made from Pedro Ximenez grapes that have been sundried on straw mats for ten to fifteen days.This results in a wine that is incredibl sweet and has a spicy taste of raisins.The wine has only received a very light filtration and may throw a deposit after some time in the bottle.This is completely natural and does not affect the quality of the wine at all.
