This lightly roasted virgin almond oil has won a major award of three stars in both the 2013 and the 2014 Great Taste Awards! It is made using almonds from Mallorca in the Balearic islands; the almonds are first roasted to release their wonderful flavour, then cold pressed and filtered through traditional methods following a 75 year old tradition. The opaque glass bottle helps to preserve the quality of the oil. Use to add a rich almond flavour to salads, pastas, grilled meat and fish and is also ideal for use in baking.
