Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these new oils are not infused but produced by cold-pressing Arbequina olives from Catalunya together with three different ingredients: Basil, Chilli and Lemon to obtain their own oils. This produces an incredible depth of flavour, which is more stable than an infused oil and also retains its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. This set comes in opaque glass bottles (which stop light affecting the quality of the oil) in a pretty little card box, making this a great gift for a food-lover!
