A large quantity of our high-quality quince jelly, made using 50% quince - in a larger block, ideal for parties, or for delicatessens and restaurants. This high-quality membrillo is made using quinces from El Bierzo in northern Spain, carefully sieved to remove any impurities, together with sugar and a little agar-agar to help it set. Traditionally served with Manchego and other Spanish cheeses, but also used with meats such as lamb and duck, either as an accompaniment or mixed in with the juices to make a delicious gravy.
