Whole white asparagus from Navarra are harvested moments before poaching in a special manner that retains all their properties and aroma and we've never tasted anything like it! Registered and protected by the "Esparago en Navarra" IGP, this very exclusive varietal is grown in special dark enclosures to prevent photosynthesis from occurring. A true delicacy from the southernmost region of the Basque Country and sought after by food enthusiasts far and wide.
