From the well-known chorizo-making area of La Rioja in Spain, we have these fantastic quality horseshoe-shaped chorizos called 'Longanizas'. This one is made using spicy paprika, so it is quite peppery; well-cured so it can be sliced and eaten as it is, or used in cooking. It has a fabulous flavour and is made using just pork loin, paprika, garlic and salt - no artificial preservatives or additives.
