From the Picos de Europa Mountains we have a new range of delicious wild boar and venison chorizos and salamis. This chorizo is made using venison and pork loin, together with Iberico panceta, paprika, garlic and spices, lightly smoked to cure the chorizo, vacuum-packed for freshness. ***BEST BEFORE 31/10/15***
