This 8 x 8 wide 2 inch thick block of Pink Himalayan Salt from Pakistan is extra large and extra thick. These Salt plates can be used as a cooking surface or as a chilled serving tray. Heat the Plate to 450, and enjoy. If you choose to use your plate as a serving tray, freeze the plate overnight, place Cheese, Cold Cuts or Sushi on the frozen plate, the plate will keep your snacks chilly for hours. Each plate is unique and different, ranging from a light pink to a dark red.
