This Spicy Southwestern dry soup mix is made with 12 different varieties of beans, peas, and lentils, air dried whole kernel sweet corn, and 4 different air dried peppers, including green jalapeno, red and green bell, and green chili. This healthy soup is 100 percent natural with no added preservatives, salt, or sweeteners. One cup of dry soup mix weighs about 2/5 of a pound and makes 7 cups of soup when prepared. Bagged selections come in relealable poly bags for easy storage.
