Our raw Irish Moss is almost tasteless and odorless, and is loaded with life-enhancing nutrients. Raw Irish moss is and excellent source of vitamins and minerals, and is used as a vegan thickener and emulsifier. Rinse until clean, and soak for 6-24 hours at room temperature, then rinse thoroughly again to ensure all sand and salt is removed.
