## Description

We've found the most aromatic Aleppo Pepper and crushed and packaged it in beautiful glass bottles. Our oval swing-top clear glass spice-preserve bottle makes for a beautiful presentation in your kitchen, sleek and stylish. The lid clamps down on contents with a tight-sealing gasket and a sleek chrome closure. This preserves the aroma of the included spice. The opening of the bottle is wide, providing easy access whether you're reaching with fingers for a pinch or spoon for a scoopful. It is used as a spice, particularly in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. It has a moderate heat level with some fruitiness and mild, cumin-like undertones, with a hint of a vinegar, salty taste. It is a wonderful substitute for regular crushed red peppers.
