If you aren't already familiar with baking with sunflower seed flour/butter, they almost taste like peanut butter when used in baking. So, these cookies have a slight peanut buttery taste, while still tasting like a delicious (and chewy) chocolate chip cookie. Just add oil and milk to the mix, bake, and you'll have yourself 12 scrumptious freshly baked cookies.
