This is a delicious paleo-friendly pancake mix that makes utterly amazing (and FLUFFY) pancakes with the addition of a few simple ingredients and an egg - or if you're vegan (or sensitive to eggs), we have a waffle option that makes the most delicious allergen-friendly waffles you'll ever try ;) Each bag of pancake mix makes approximately 10-15 pancakes (depending on size) and roughly 3-5 waffles (depending on the size of the waffle maker). Enjoy these tasty pancakes/waffles for breakfast (or even dinner too!) - you won't regret it :)
