## Description

A staple in Eastern Mediterranean cooking, Al Wadi Al Akhdar Tahina is 100% ground sesame paste. Free from any whitening agents or other preservatives, it has a creamy consistency and a nutty flavor. Its savory flavor makes it an excellent base for appetizer spreads, especially hommos and baba ghannouge, and is the major ingredient of the famous falafel sauce.
