12 1-ounce packets. Simply organic zesty spinach dip mix combines the zing of orange and lemon with the cool, calming presence of spinach to create a dip fit for Greek gods and goddesses alike. Directions: mix the goodies in this packet with 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, and then dig in. For an alternate recipe, substitute sour cream in the place of Greek yogurt. Suggested uses- spinach artichoke dip: combine one packet of simply organic zesty spinach dip mix with 1 cup stony field organic Greek plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup coarsely chopped artichoke hearts. Pour mixture into a greased 9 pie dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with pita bread or bagel chips. Ingredients: organic maltodextrin, organic spinach flakes, sea salt, organic onion, organic cane sugar, organic garlic, organic orange peel, organic natural lemon flavor (organic maltodextrin, organic gum acacia, natural flavor), citric acid.
