Mrs Crimble's Stem Ginger Cake. This cake is naturally low in fat and contains lots of real stem ginger pieces. This cake is great on it�s own but it�s also scrummy with a dollop of clotted cream or some custard. Whilst this cake is wheat free it is NOT GLUTEN-FREE as it is made with rye flour which, whilst very low in gluten when compared to normal wheat flour, is above the levels recommended by the Coeliacs society.<br><br>
