ENER-G RICE LOAF (YEAST-FREE) 612G: Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free, Milk-Free, Soya-Free, Egg-Free, Vegetarian, Kosher, ENER-G Rice Loaf is recommended for people who need to avoid yeastÂ... and sugars, as well as any other troublesome food ingredients. This bread contains no yeast and no significant level of sugars, yet is well raised and very palatable. It is low in saturates and a source of fibre. Ingredients: Filtered water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, high oleic safflower oil, raising agent (glucono-delta lactone*, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate), gelling agents (methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), salt, orange citrus fibre.
